Service Description

I will send you a short questionnaire after we schedule your consultation to get some basic information about your health, injuries, trauma history and goals. Please complete this and return it to me at least 48 hours before our appointment. This will allow me to review your information and help me assess if it would be best for you to work with a provider in person or if you would be successful with online sessions. Depending on your situation I will recommend an in person provider (if you are out of my area) or schedule you for online sessions with me. We will discuss your history, the TRE method and how to proceed with treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation required within 24 hours of your session for refund.
